Trespass

Tried to take something back yesterday and was refused a refund as it was over 14 days since purchase (by 3 days!) Could only get a voucher or exchange. Normally get 28 days in other shops. There is no mention on the receipt of this policy, and was not informed at the time of purchase even though I asked if item could be returned.

It is nice shop for hiking stuff. Bit more expensive though. The shopassistant was very helpful.

So friendly spent ages in there just chatting with the lady that worked there.

Sells a good range of outdoor equipment, though the person was a bit rude with the way he asked my partner to put a mask on even though she's exempt and didnt apologied when he said OK
