I first went to Nicola after having weeks of headaches caused by tension in my neck. She worked wonders. I felt better immediately and the headaches have not returned. I now have a massage once a month. Nicola is so lovely. She made me feel at ease straight away. She is very professional. We discussed what I was looking for and each session she targets the specific area that is causing me a problem as well as giving a relaxing back massage. Would highly recommend!

Really good at what they do. Felt improvement straight away after suffering with shoulder/back/arm pain for about a week. What really stood out for me is the aftercare. I have never had a sports massage before booking in with Nicola. I was a little nervous because about being in pain or not liking the treatment. I now book in for a full body sports massage once a month! It really helps my training and I always leave the clinic feeling refreshed. She has also fixed any little injuries or niggles I have attained so I can get back to training a lot quicker.

My teenage daughter suffers with acute back pain and Nicola has offered much advice and practical support to slowly improve her overall situation. I also enjoy her excellenct back massages when I get chance!

I pulled my back on Mon in the gym, I rang on Thursday morning and was squeezed in at a time that suited me on the same day.
Hands are magic, I walked in limping and and in serious pain, an hour later I felt 70% better with slight pain in back. I took her advice and and now 2 days after I feel 95% better, wow defo highly recommend.
Will be taking my mother and my wife as they suffer from migranes and other muscular problems.
