Johnstone's Decorating Centre

Being a customer at Eastern Avenue some 25 years and seeing lots of different salesmen over time, I must say that Ian, a fairly recent manager, has totally transformed this branch. He always greets you politely and professionally, and actually listens to what trades men want in a trade centre as well as getting in new products, and introducing myself to the latest paints. Also, not forgetting his other two colleagues Lee and Colin, who are equally as keen to please.

Great trade paints well stocked shop. And very helpful and speedy staff. As a professional decorator I have ignored Johnstone paints for a long time. But I am a convert there water based paints are fantastic.

What a wonderfully helpful and positive experience I had at Johnstone's! Sent in by my decorator, I was a bit nervous coming into a trade oriented store but I couldn't have had a better experience with support choosing paints, clear and patient explanations of my many questions and a friendly chat too. Really impressed, your sales guy needs a raise :)

Popped into Johnstone's for a LOAD of paint and decorating supplies. Zac who was working there was unbelievably helpful. Took the time to help us with all our colours, prices and other bits we needed, despite being almost closing time. There was no rushing him. He made everything so easy. Absolute top bloke. Defo be using Johnstone's again if we ever need anything. Thanks again Zac.
