Grays The Paint Shop

Spoken to them a few times on the phone now. Been into store a few times. They don't look up or say hello when you walk in. They don't ask if you need help. Despite my talking about the work I'm doing, they had zero interest in making any conversation. Quite miserable, really. Felt rushed out of the shop. There are no prices on the items so you have to awkwardly keep asking how much everything is. It's double the price than online and they're around 20% more expensive than mainstream shops. If you're going to be charging more, you need to providing stellar customer service and advice. We should be celebrating and supporting local businesses now more than ever. But local businesses should equally be polite and welcoming to their customers and reflect a "local shop" feel in such a small village.

Had a problem with my delivery today, but the mark of a good organisation is how they sort the problem out. Top marks go to Donna for excellent customer service and also getting to the bottom of my delivery issue. A great shop selling really good products.

Good specialist paint shop, maybe a little on the expensive side, but the knowledgeable staff and the service are worth the extra

This is where I go for my really good products that I can't find at regular shops. Stuff I would have to buy on line they have in stock. They know their paints and products. I feel I get excellent service everytime I have been in.

John the owner was a pleasure to talk to and knew his products inside out and unlike main paint outlets by major companies there to do a deal old style very refreshing as a trades person to speak grass roots level

Really helpful, with excellent knowledge and advice. Paint technology has moved on from Dulux and I was really pleased with the paint recommended and my final result.
