I attended this store today with my grandad where I witnessed a female member of staff being very rude to my grandad for no reason at all I am not very impressed with the customer service and staff will never use this shop again

Being disabled I sent family members to collect my order from this store today before they returned I reieved a phone call from a member of staff apologising for her rude behaviour towards my family members who were collecting my order when they returned and told me how they have been treated I was disgusted,
Very poor service I will go somewhere else in the future.

staff member was very rude with an awful attitude, she phoned an apology but left me feeling very angry, very poor service, avoid this shop.

Honestly think they need to update training for staff or get all new staff, customer service is a joke !!!!

I have been a customer of this branch for many years.... and a couple of years ago I retired... but today i needed some varnish for my own house... i walked in and was immediately welcomed by the chap i used to deal with ...watcher Al he said... brilliant he remembered me.. i wanted a odd varnish which i really like .... he went straight away and got it for me... super service.... I'm 79 now and you just don't find polite service like this anywhere
