Johnstone's Decorating Centre

I get my paint here because it's great stuff at a good price, the staff are very friendly and will mix up the colour you choose, from their charts. It's a trade counter but the public are very welcome.

I have been to get some emulsion this morning. Was asked to wait outside as there was a customer already in the building and was reminded to use the sanitizer very politely. While waiting for my paint another customer came in overstepping the warning line just inside the shop. The assistant asked politely for him to step behind the line. His response was to say what difference does it make if I've got my foot this side of the line or that side. The assistant said it was to follow the rules. Then the man said that they had lost a customer and he would go somewhere else. And all this before we're in lockdown. The assistants name is Chris and I have left my phone number incase you want to contact me.

Dreadful place. The woman behind the desk was rude and unpleasant and absolutely not welcoming. I just walked out. Very strange place that doesn't seem bothered about selling anything.

Very safe environment to get products. On in one out.
Will be using again.

The guy behind the counter was a little impatient & not very friendly. I'm going to Dulux next time.

Always good service and advice, paint is expensive and not sure hiw it compares to other suppliers however I know it will be good quality so I have not swapped brands since using them
