Johnstone's Decorating Centre

The customer service that I received at this store was second to none. I spoke with a gentleman called Peter who was very helpful and took his time to answer all my tedious questions and demands. He was able to guide me as to what paint and materials I would need to do a DIY job redecorating my flat, and took his time explaining which things would work best and why. He was absolutely amazing and I will continue to return to this store for and future redecorating purposes. Thank you so much Peter, people like you are often under appreciated!

After visiting this store, I wouldn't buy paint from anywhere else. The service I have received on my many visits throughout a whole house renovation has been impeccable. Peter always remembers the name of my daughter who he's met once and his team have a great way of dealing with people making them feel like they're not just annoying customers! Would recommend a thousand times over!

Visited this place a couple of times now, and great service both times. I needed a bunch of advice on which paint is needed for which job, and Noel was patient and friendly, and offered great advice.

Very helpful member of staff, dealt with quickly and efficiently. Quality paint at a decent price (considering the cost of paint these days!).

I had the most professional service when I visited Johnstone's in Holloway (N7 9HD) today. I wanted paints from LG matched up with Johnstone paints (which my builder recommended) and was extremely lucky to get Peter to help me. Noel started the ball rolling, then Peter took over my order and I was impressed by his knowledge, professionalism and constant good humour throughout- on a Monday morning! Peter also gave me advice, (as did Noel) about the paint finishes and also saved me from spending money on unnecessary paint products. I think they are a great team, the vibes are good, and the shop is very well-run and organised. I will definitely be using them again for any future paint/ decorating purchases and would recommend them without hesitation, to my friends. Thank you Peter for a great start to the week!

On my way to buy some specific paint for a job, I stopped at this Johnstone's branch and I had an unforgettable experience.
Although I knew what I was looking for, Noel was way too kind and went out of his way to help me.
I know greeting customers is part of the "job description" and I've had bad experiences too(not at this store) with salesperson, but Noel was a true gentleman from the moment I stepped in the store and did his best to help.
