There's a sales lady there who is outstanding. I didn't ever take her name but she's a credit to the company and really knows her stuff. She's helped us so much with colour choices and matching.

The staff are rude if there is a problem or issue. Two very unpleasant and overbearing women on the staff drowning any type of discussion out. The attitude that they were right and the customer is always wrong was clear. I was explaining my problem with a paint colour I had bought. Will not be going back. Just spent £100's of pounds with them and they were very friendly then of course. Left a really bad feeling. Can't contact head office or even write and get a reply for help. Don't be duped because the paint is expensive. The service is worth nil.

Appalling customer service, Pompous and unhelpful when chasing an order twice because they were apparently too busy to deal with my query) that should have arrived today, told to call customer service myself. Charming - not! Won't be back. Still waiting for the Manager to call me back...

Full selection of F&B paint range. Good help from the assistant in store. Just wish that they offered smaller pots of paints for smaller decorating jobs
