Brewers Decorator Centres

My husband and I today were lost looking for bus stop in the pouring rain and wind my husband is recovering from a stroke so walking is hard for him I run into shop to get directions and this wonderful staff member told me to bring my husband into store made us both a hot drink and then used her own phone found the nearest bus stop for us and time of next bus and let us sit until rain had eased of. My faith in human nature has been restored so a thank you to the wonderful staff in the branch .Your employers should be proud.

Absolutely useless staff today and frankly quite rude. Shop was empty and I was stood in front of till clearly needing assistance and the 3 of them just stood behind the till chatting away to each other with no offer of help. If you are a tradesman and know what you want then fine but for everyone else I would recommend steer well clear and go to a shop on the high street where they offer regular punters advice and guidance not to mention good customer service.

HI all....
Will like to praise the great customer service by Louise at Bromley(manager).I ordered some paint and it was struck at Sutton due to lockdown and service branch being closed.I was advised to wait 3 to 4 days before it being delivered to Bromley...while my builder literally drove me mad. Called and somehow Louise arranged that I can pick the paint from Sutton which honestly was a great help.

I would have really miserable if not received the paint before Diwali.

Not very helpful, no coffee machine for people waiting for staff sitting in the shade who were all so busy with no paint mixing machine. So wasted journey " time is money" thanks Bromley branch. Pop to bedford to see and experience Brewers for real.

Worst experience to date, Young boy working in the paint department who I informed I was waiting for my Decorator to tell me what we were using, and he asked me where was being painted and when I told him he said it could only be a Farrow and Ball modern eggshell for cupboards well as I got out of the shop I was in told it was estate eggshell, I returned to explain this to which I was told that is my problem for not explaining. Will not use again, most unhelpful and no customer service. AVOID!

Staff are brilliant and can help with any painting questions.. etc. My negative is that everything is top price.

The sales lady was very helfull. I got what I needed and the shop is also very conviently located. Thanks

Very helpful, knowledgeable staff, especially Jason. Big choice of paints, wallpapers, fabrics etc. Even do things like shutters and coving. Free customer parking at the back.
