Very friendly and professional. Excellent paints and helpful advice. Not cheap but with paint in my experience you get what you pay for. Got a very good deal on weathershield paint.

The team at this Decorator Centre are friendly, professional and very patient.
I walked out with 100% of what wanted, reassurance that I was buying the right type of paint and some!
Absolutely chuffed and would highly recommend this above other trade outlets and most definitely above buying retail products.

Friendly + approachable staff. As a non trade member of the public, they are always helpful when I go here for DIY related things. Today I went in to colour match some paint. The member of staff serving me explained the options and even told me about an offer that started tomorrow that would have saved me money. Sadly I couldn't wait but I thought this was generous advice with the customer at the forefront of how they serve as a business.

Very poor service received from the manager when there was no colour tint in my paint having travelled to pick it up. Then questioned my ability to check the colour! all I had was a light base! I am a professional qualified Dulux Select Decorator It's a good job I don't provide a similar service otherwise I wouldn't have any customers. They would not prioritise a replacement, I had to go to another branch to rectify. Other staff are friendly but really poor service and attitude from the manager and an odd atmosphere in-store on multiple occasions. I will not use this store again, I would rather travel to the Newton Abbot branch who are superb.
Regrettably Exeter branch is certainly not at the level it should be to someone not buying huge volumes of paint.

Really poor attitude from whoever was there, aggressive manor and most unhelpful selecting a colour. I came to do business but was treated most unwelcome.

Friendly helpful staff. They can mix up any colour you like. They sell paint and brushes and rollers and dust sheets and caulk and filler and dart flights. I lied about the dart flights.

After initial disappointment with the wait for my order, the staff sorted it quickly and got the paint out to me in good time.
