Johnstone's Decorating Centre

Really helpful staff and very knowledgeable. The paint was brilliant much better than own brand paint from diy stores. I don't normally post reviews but I this really deserves one, I'll be going back for all my painting needs! Try them you will be impressed hence 5 stars

I have always had excellent service from Sandra and her team. They all know their stuff and are very helpful and obliging. I'd agree with the other review that the paint is far better than any I have ever bought in D.I.Y stores. I ran my Painting and Decorating business for 10 years and was very happy when I switched to buying all my paint from there. My knees have finally had enough now so I am now retraining to work in a different field but I would certainly happily recommend Johnstone's Decorating Centre and the paint they sell.

Felt the lady that served me was quite rude. Simple request usually dealt with quite easily at other stores. Helpful guy that matched the paint.

Knowledge and friendly staff. Trade and public can use it. Better paint and bigger range than any supplier of Johnson's paint products.

The paint is excellent, thick trade stuff which only needs one / two coats if covering very dark walls. Not like the watery paint which you pay over the odds for and use twice as much as it doesnt cover well.

The Manageress Sandra at Johnstone's Decorating Centre Tamworth is excellent will go out of her way to help as much as possible. Sandra is friendly, courteous and knowledgeable and understanding. Always has a smile for her customers. Johnstones should be very proud to have a Manageress like Sandra she is a credit to Johnstones, I have known Sandra to come in even when she has not been well that is dedication.
The paint also is incredibly good.
Customer Service cannot fault excellent. Always use Johnstones.
