Car Paints Plus Ltd

Absolutely dreadful company. The lady is extremely rude and so is the gentleman. I got told to shut up when I was trying to talk. My paint wasnt just a wrong shade, but infact THE WRONG COLOUR. He went on to tell me that they aren't held responsible!!! I asked for my money back, purely down to how rude and aggressive they where and was told no!!! I highly recommend people avoid at all costs!!! I also have the telephone call of them being extremely rude wich I will release. After speaking to many other customers I can see that this behaviour is a regular thing with them, as I'm not the first to experience this. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

I would highly recommend Car Paints Plus to anyone. After months of trying to find the right colour paint for my Land Rover, I just wish I had found this place sooner! I've wasted so much time and money ordering the wrong paint off the internet.
This morning I brought a panel to car paints plus in Bridgend, and the owner of the company came out with a booklet of existing Land Rover colours. We looked through and it seemed to look like Tuscan Blue, which is a colour I had previously bought off the internet which turned out to be too light. The owner mixed up some Tuscan Blue, but when he held the swatch against my panel, it was too light, so then he continued adding to the paint until it matched perfectly, so now I have a perfect match of custom mixed paint!
I had previously been quoted £59 by Paint Man online to have 1 litre colour matched, and I would have had to post off a piece of my Land Rover, so I had a very pleasant surprise at the till when 2 litres plus the thinners only came to £40!
I will definitely be using this company again and would highly recommend them!

The first time I used these for paint for my Bike I couldn't fault the service or product, however I am sorry to say 4 year later unfortunately due to building works the original paint cans and codes had been lost. I therefore telephoned and advised of my problem.

Unfortunately the the lady receptionist I spoke to was extremely rude in fact chastising me for loosing the original cans after 4 years. Sorry to say I therefore contacted a RS Bike Paint Ltd of Welham Green who were able to supply the correct paint, needless to say I will now Never Ever use Car Paints Plus Again which is a shame as they are local

Just called to car paints plus for some paint to give my vwt4 a little tlc,took the paint tin with me from a previous visit where the chap there matched the paint with the vehicle., no probs,this visit however proved to be less successful, admittedly the code no on the tin had faded, I was however offered no help at all from the personel there at present. Poor show,won't be going there Again!!
