Iliyan’s services were recommended by a friend so we used him to re-tile our bathroom. He did such a good job we contracted him to come back and re-decorate the front of our 4 storey victorian house and front wall. Iliyan’s work is very good and he really pays attention to details. We’ve had so many compliments on our house since. He is a very friendly and pleasant man to have in your home I can’t recommend him enough. We will be sure to use again in the future!

iliyan has done some amazing jobs for me, firstly fixing a large water leak which he renovated the whole bathroom including waterproofing to an exceptional standard and secondly re-engineering thermostatic value where there were problems in the mechanism. Ili comes highly recommended, professional, skilful and knowledgeable and is a perfectionist.

Iliyan has just completed a kitchen and hallway renovation for me. I have never known any builder to be so highly skilled in so many areas. A true Jack of All Trades and A Master of All!

I needed to do a quick refurbishment on a room that was in great need care and attention. I hired Iliyan and to say that he did an amazing job is an understatement! Update to my review, got Ilyian back one year later to do up my bathroom and so happy with the results. His attention to detail is just amazing. Turn an unloved bath room into a high-end luxurious room that you would find in any hotel.
