I am a student who's landlord uses this service. Our house has mould which was first mentioned to an Andrew Evans employee in person Dec 2020.
I have sent repeated e-mails, phone calls, voice mails and face to face visits. The majority of these are not responded to, and when I speak face to face they assure they will get someone out as soon as possible. It has nearly been 5 months and no-one has come to look at the work and I had to move out because there was too much mould.
Similarly we have had a lack of response from Andrew Evans regarding other issues. Would 100% avoid; very unprofessional service and not worth the time.
