DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I paid for Meet and Greet services. Not only was my vehicle nearly 1 hour late when I landed. But I have just received a parking fine notice as the secure off site parking the use is in fact a hotel car park near the airport, which has parking restrictions. So a £100 fine has just arrived, and I now need to go through the process of appealing this charge. Blue Circle are absolute scum bags, do not use them.

If you use this company for your meet and greet at Heathrow. Please be informed your vehicle is being parked tightly in a public car park for £5 a day! You're being scammed

PLEASE READ! I dropped my car off at Birmingham valet parking immaculate and collected it absolutely trashed. My front splitter is smashed to bits, my side skirt is cracked at the back, I have scratches on my back bumper. And all 4 wheels are damaged. I’m currently going through the process of “investigation” to see if the damage was caused by blue circle parking. I pulled grass out from being wedged in my side skirt but was assured my car was parked on a gravel car park. My exhaust bracket has snapped and is hanging down but I didn’t notice this until the day after as they had tried to fix it with a cable tie. After threatening legal action and also to drive back into Birmingham airport a women called “shabs” has phoned me from claims department and assured they will sort it, so let’s wait and see. I would strongly suggest to never leave your car with blue circle parking. I’ve driven from Birmingham airport to Nottingham at 1:30AM with my 4 year old daughter in a car that’s not safe.. I’ll let you make your own judgments on what sort of people do this.

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

We left our car with Blue Circle at Heathrow for a week. Vehicle was returned to us with damage; a dent on the rear passenger quarter and a dent on the lower rear door. The damage has clearly been caused by another vehicle door being opened into our vehicle. The two dent's appear to have been caused by two different car doors hitting ours.

No help from the parking attendant who dropped our car off with us at the end of our holiday. He couldn't care less when I raised the issue of the damage. No apology and told me to 'email the company'.

I have since emailed the company twice, initially with no response. A chaser email resulted in a standard 'Please wait 30 days whilst we launch an investigation'. I haven't heard since. This is essential code for 'we couldn't care less about damaging your vehicle and will do absolutely nothing about it'

Sham, Scam company, run by cowboys. Leave your car here if you don't care about it. If you remotely care for your vehicle, pay a little more and park it yourself. Lesson learnt the hard way.

I waited to leave a review as I'd hoped they'd discover what customer service actually means. Alas, three months on, no apology, no compensation and absolutely no moral compass. Now I appreciate this company is part of a very busy industry but that does not excuse them from common decency and providing an acceptable level of service.

Whilst on a business trip to the USA, unbeknown to me, this company moved my car two days before my flight was due back in the UK and crashed it en route.

The first I learnt of this was when they drove it to the pickup point whereby the Supervisor who met me blatantly lied about the incident. He stated a car had reversed into mine. Even at a quick glance it was clear this wasn’t the case.

He give me the contact details of the third party who had been hit and I promptly called him. He confirmed that although he pulled out into the flow of traffic, therefore law dictating it was his fault, the driver of my car was speeding and the damage to both my car and his own back up this statement. It’s worth noting that my car is fitted with a radar sensor which detects impact and applies the brakes accordingly.

What followed and to date has been infuriating, draining and totally unacceptable.

At no point has the company taken any accountability for their actions. I had to put the claim through my insurance as they weren’t prepared to do anything at all to help. My emails and telephone calls have largely fallen on deft ears and when I did speak to the ‘Manager’ he was rude and arrogant.

I would urge anyone contemplating using their service to look elsewhere. Companies like this bring shame to the industry and should not be allowed to operate.

Beware Blue Circle’s terms allow 45 minutes to deliver your car to you. Mine took 33 minutes at 11 o’clock last night. No explanation and no apology.

I would have comfortably been home in a pre-booked taxi by then. Meet & greet parking was marginally cheaper than return taxi fares, but definitely not worth the saving.

I was concerned as I booked through holiday extras without reading reviews and then read reviews night before dropping my car.
The drop off was simple in the multi story car park at Heathrow. After reading peoples claims their cars have been driven I turned on the valet service on within my Mercedes’ me app which informs me if my car has been driven and each time the ignition is switched on/off as well as displaying the cars live location. The car was moved to a secure offsite car park (I think a multi story next to the premier inn) minutes from the terminal immediately after drop off and remained there for the whole duration of my trip. The ignition was not switched on and the location was not changed. Pickup was very smooth and convenient. I would definitely use blue circle again.

DO NOT USE!!!!! PHONE NUMBER DOESN'T WORK TOO!

I left my car with Blue Circle Parking clean inside and out.

I am extremely disappointed in the condition my car was in when I came to collect from your Birmingham Airport branch. Mud all over the front of the car and in the drivers side interior.

I spoke to your attendants and their response was it was because of where the car was parked and that I could email a complaint.
