Service itself is good but the grounds are so overgrown and untidy, they really need to be tidied up. Paths are surrounded by and encroached on by spiky brambles which surely is a health and safety issue.

Give it a try! Great service, cheap, easy to use, lovely clean smart buses run until 7pm on weekdays / Saturdays & 5.30pm on Sundays. Just off A483; none of the stress of parking or driving in city centre. Keeps Chester ‘greener’ too. Only £2 per adult for a day ticket & up to 3 children (under 16) travelling with an adult go free. Got on a bus straight away there and waited just 5 mins to catch one back.

NiceTerminus building but not toilets. Not a very good welcome for people travelling to the area.
Confusions about how to pay.
Couldn't use bus passes.
Travellers caravans take up a large proportion of the car parking area. The exit took us under the washing lines of the Travellers. Not comfortable feeling and not the best welcome to the beautiful vity of Chester.

Myself and my colleague, both female, were verbally abused by 2 men in the car park. One of the security cameras is pointing to the ground and has been for a long time. Is it going to be fixed before it gets dark? These 2 men used the bus but didn't get into a car, they exited through the hedges. It's not the first encounter with them

As much as you could love a Park and Ride this one was as you'd need it to be. Easily accessible for us from North Wales we found parking our campervan easy (2m high) and the buses into town(£2 each adult) are frequent. Our driver was very friendly and helpful and was almost a tourist guide.

On time, nice and clean and friendly drivers. £2 per adult beats paying the car park prices and buses come frequently

Car park signage is poor, the car park also looks neglected. Bus's were clean and reliable, drivers were friendly.
