Two adults one child under 2 on the bus was £8.60
We paid £2 for the parking online total £10.60.
Had we of known you can buy a combined ticket NOT ON THE APP but at the machine whereby it's £6.80 all day parking and a family return ticket.
Absolute con especially when they are really encouraging you to use the app.
How can you justify charging£4.30 for an individual ticket for the bus only.

Only one of the four machines gives you the park and ride ticket and as a group we’re obscuring the sign we didn’t know this. Paid £2 for parking but then had to get another ticket afterwards for £6.80. No objection on the prices, just the lack of signage…and only one machine. The buses only come every 30 minutes, terrible for a park and ride…and then it was nearly 15 minutes late! Gentleman waiting for a bus the other way said his was 30 minutes late! Never been to such a terrible p&r and we’ve been to lots as we always find them so convenient!

Utterly confusing system, long wait for buses, expensive to use it. All in all much improvement needed to get this right and encourage people to use it and stop driving.

Really good value for money. Close enough to the centre and 4 quid for return bus and up to 16 hours parking. On street parking by comparison in Oxford is limited to 2 hours and costs...6 quid an HOUR! This service is great.

I can't find a map showing where I can drop off a disabled person very close to the bus. The signage on site was not clear enough to direct me to a close drop off point. I hope when I return later today to pick up my disabled wife that I will be able to park for less than 10 minutes near enough to the returning bus.

Very good parking but it is hard to sort out payment for longer than 16 hours. Person we phoned for help didn't help! Ended up having to download app so we could pay for48 hours. Priced good but not simple and easy as it says. Make sure you get your free parking ticket immediately as you have only 10 mins to sort payment out....and it took us ages....three buses left before we were ready!

Great pricing, now £5 for 16 hour parking + 2 adults bus fare. (Return ticket I think? At least we did😅)
Washroom available from 7-8 or 8-8 on Sundays.
Frequency of bus can be improved though, half an hour is quite a long wait if the previous bus just left.

Comfusing system nowadays. Much better in the past. They ask you to use the app to save time to pay but confusing. System only allows you to pay for 2 adults and it does not show properly that it is only a bit more expensive than only for one. Also, adding the extra person is difficult. For more than 2 adults you have to pay in the bus. Difficult to find your way back and to know what bus you need as not put in the ticket anywhere and current parking name on bus stop does not appear and many different P&Rs now. Google maps bus number return instructions wrong. I had not been back to Oxford since a few years ago and much worse system now. I wont use park and ride again. Parking in the city centre is extremely expensive so we will not be back to Oxford. It puts you on a bad mood on the start of your day.
