Taunton Gateway Park & Ride also HPC park and ride

My first day working in Taunton and caught P&R. I caught from Silkmills no problems in the morning and went back to same stop to get P&R back. It stopped at Gateway P&R and the driver turned round and gave me a filthy look, so I asked if it stopped at Silkmills, to which he replied it does, but you should have got on the right bus shouldn’t you and proceeded to shake his head. If the bus stopped there anyway, what was the issue and literally no empathy from driver considering I’d never been to Taunton before!

Very good service. It's still free at the moment so it's a bonus for people who have families or are pensioners.

Usually prompt. Pleasant and careful drivers, clean buses.

Currently £2 return to Taunton town centre gives you as much stress free time as you like to look around at your leisure. Buses were pretty regular and take only 10 minutes.

No where to shelter when raining and no toilets like silk mills enough space to have these don't understand why they didn't

Plenty of space during the week. My only criticism would be the lack of a toilet.

Park n ride does NOT come every 15 mins leaving you stranded and late for a school run waited 45minutes meant to come every 15 and not one stopped
