Went to Swansea city centre today and thought I would use Landore Park and Ride rather than taking the car into Swansea. It was easy to find and plenty of parking. I just missed a bus didn't have to wait long for the next. There were posters displaying the times of buses to and from the bus station. Parking and bus for up to 4 I believe has been £2.50 but is currently £1. Would definitely use it again if going for during the daytime (last bus from station is at 7pm).

One of the best ways to get in and out of Swansea shopping. Buses run minutes apart. Clean waiting room with toilets to. I'm hooked. I'll use park and ride more often if I can.

We used the park and ride for the swansea Christmas parade .getting there was great but coming home was a different matter....we were waiting until 7.45 for a bus the queue was long ...we most probably would of got on the second bus but NO buses came children were crying .....in the end I had to phone my husband to pick us up .. buses should of been waiting ready after the parade ...what a let down 👎

Was looking forward to the Swansea Parade on 20th November 2022, only to find that park on ride is CLOSED! How does the city promote its self when everything is closed?

I have used it and it is easy to get in and out. Also the bus service is good.

Had not used this service for a while so went online got the times arrived early parked and then had to wait 55 mins for the bus made me late for work very poor to be using the regular service bus instead of a dedicated bus

Ample Parking Spaces with designated disabled ♿ bays, family with children bays!

Landore Park & Rides sits almost in the centre point of the Hafod-Morfa Copperworks - once the bustling place of industrial centre point of Global Cooper Productions with unique smelting mehlthod.

Visitor Centre or Ticket Office has conveniences including disabled ♿ 🚽, baby changing room, toilets, ticket machine, leaflet stand, bus timetable! By the entrance of the Landore Park & Ride, Grade II Listed Building - Canteen/Power House Building of Hafod-Morfa Copperworks! It is now undergoing refurbishment and repurposing of the building to use as Hafod-Morfa Copperworks Distillery and Visitor Centre.

In the furthest corner, Landore Collections Centre of Swansea Museum is based with unique historic collections!

With ample Signages, actual information got missed out! Information needs to be in a simple format with less ambiguity and with accurate information ℹ - for example - Landore Park & Ride ticket doesn't have two parts as per the notice 😔

Years ago I used to use the P&R often, and the car park on busy days was always full. Today I tried again and noticed the car park was quite with plenty of room, now I realize why, the Landore Park and Ride is the worse service I have ever experienced, the office closed with the blinds drawn, nobody to help, rubbish signage, No signage in Swansea. Went to catch the bus where I got off, waited for over half an hour only to be told to go to St Mary church, again no signage. The operates need to look at this operation, it is pathetic
