Spacious. For deep breathing, walking, playing football, tennis, basketball. In summer wonderful shaded walks near Ashton House. Good playgrounds.

A large spacious park. Ideal for walking or jogging around and amples of space for dog walking.
A perfect setting for a family or friends get together, great for picnic and games.
Within the park itself there is a good childrend play area as well as tennis courts.

Spacious green to relax or play on. Small park also for young children,fenced off and no dogs allowed or smoking in that play area.

Nice Park generally well kept football fields and some closed sports courts

What can I say? It's a park, free entry, dog friendly and parking

Worth a Visit

A great large park with a nice perimeter path for walks and a surprising amount of wildlife, with tawny owls, and many species of bats (you can see the large noctule bats feeding under the path lights in the summer) all easy to find and observe.
