Nice place to live. Grounds are kept tidy. The houses are nice with a close community feel. Have lived here for the past 7months and love it. Hopefully it will stay that way as long as everybody living here looks after it. Better than Church Langley in Harlow. And nowhere near as claustrophobic as Newhall! Dogs love it here too.

My step brother lives in the terlings park houses and me and him and the kids go for a long walk to Harlow town park. Really nice big bridge to scare them on because it is high, nice waterfall and a fun place to ride a bike, one of my kids learnt to ride his bike here. Lots of friendly bikers are cycling and it is interesting to see all the boats!
