My grandson did enjoy it until a lot older kids turned up. Smoking drugs and just being very loud. He wanted to go then

We live near this park. It is good because it is completely fenced, so toddlers can run free. There is a variety of play equipment, for all ages as well as a ballcourt, outdoor gym and couple of sets of goal posts. I will break down my review into the different elements of the park. The toddler play equipment has a perfect selection of kit for the age range. However, the cradle swing seats have seen better days, with the steel showing through the rubber of the safety bar. The junior/teen kit is equally a good range to play with. Unfortunately part of the big multiplay unit is broken and swings freely (not safe). I'm not keen on the toddler and teen areas being so close together as you get a lot of the older kids misbehaving and swearing right near toddlers. Also, as it's all on grass it makes a lot of the kit unusable over winter, unless you don't mind your kids getting plastered in mud. The ballcourt is very good. A rare thing to find a public ballcourt that is in such good condition. Recently an outdoor table tennis table and foosball table have been installed next to it. The foosball table seems to be an odd choice, considering the hygiene implications related to Covid currently. The goal posts come in two sizes, aimed at teens/adults and another for younger kids (more 5-aside size). They've seen better days as are quite wobbly from people climbing on them and shaking them but serve their purpose. The outdoor gym is pretty typical. They do very little in terms of exercise as they work based on your own weight and don't offer much resistance - you'd be better off going for a walk and doing some pressups. Overall the park is good for families but I would make the something should be done to encourage older kids to respect younger children.

Beautiful park with fun stuff for kids to play and lots of open space for them to run around.
There is outdoor gym equipment too for the adults which is great.
Kids and parents both can get their daily dose of exercise in this park.
My kids love this park a lot.
