Cowley Hall Recreation Ground

It is a pleasant enough park with fitness aperatus, a butterfly garden (although this looked a bit neglected), children's play area, bowling green and fenced sports area. At the rear is the canal with numerous barges parked up.

Great park for familys, has 2 football 11 aside marked out pitches. Environment is good. Has playground for kids and children. A basketball court next to the playground. Dog walkers, joggers, and family walkers. Good Environment

Lovely park for a dog walk, book read on a tree trunk, ball games or yoga in the cool of the evening. Clean, cut grass, bins everywhere, quite a few trees for shade, what's not to like!
There's free parking for about 12-15 cars, get busy quickly after work hours

Small / mid size park. The walk along the canal, especially up to the locks is very nice during summer. Canal pathway is very narrow, you can easily fall into the river so be careful.

Lovely park safe with good people. People need to get rid of their litter, but apart from that my dog oreo loves it.

Grate location for dog walking one hard surfaced tail for mobility scooters ect and many outhers that a more capable power chair can cover in the dry

Nice and clean with plenty of space despite there being quite a few people here today. Outdoor gym facilities and a football ground as well. Dedicated enclosed kids play area with basketball courts. Brilliant for a morning out.
