It's great that with Bham as lots of open space and this location is nice in so much as it's a series of paths through beach trees and green space. But it suffers from a lack of interest from local area so it's buying more than footpaths with grass verges. Long gone are any signs of the old hall and moat. Other then rubble well under ground. There are no features left and the footpaths are meant to follow the old moat which existed for status not defence. The is nothing of status here. Just a nice green outside space but within a housing estate littered with rubbish and signs of neglect. It could be cleaner and more relevant IE not even a notice board showing pictures of the old hall or most exist. They would have to be impressions on any case as it was first built in 13th century. If you wanna see it, read a book there's nothing here to see

It,s a shame could be a nice walk had it not got a lot of Fly Tipping and rubbish dumped there
