Aldersbrook Avenue Recreation Ground

Large recreation ground with a wide variety of modern play equipment suitable for a range of ages with plenty of green space for kids to run around. A fantastic playground considering it's for public use.

Lovely little park! Good for all ages, perfect size to keep a close eye on my daughter whilst giving her a chance to be independent and explore. Nice little field to play sports we will definitely bring her football next time! Little basketball hoop & table tennis (bring your own equipment). Quite busy when we went in the evening but it is summer so it’s expected & was nice for her to be around other children :)

Love this park it's much safer than the town and has a soft level surface for toddlers to run around. Only issue is there's no shade so on ahot sunny day it's only bearable for a few mins and metal slides are like roasting tins. Shame.

My children love this park. Good space lot of equipment for the kids. Can be very busy at times.

It has a fabulous enclosed dog only area section beside the play area, so can let dog off the lead to run around. You meet other all sorts of other dogs and their owners.
Could do with some benches for owners to sit on.

I like red trampoline because you can make it jump and I like to find it's like a cartoon

Well equipped and maintained play area which covers multiple age groups.

Very dirty and untidy. Piles of rubbish everywhere. Teenagers barely 10 and 11 years old smoking and vaping. I assume their parents are aware where they are and what they are doing. If not then please keep an eye on your kids.
