No idea about trails but this area mostly reverted to overgrown, impenetrable wild flower meadows, light woodland with the dense underbrush, bracken and brambles, interspersed with trails.
More interesting here than in the rest of the park which is essentially a dedicated complement of playing\practice fields.

One of my favourite places. Not too busy and kinda like an escape from the urban area that surrounds it, easy to forget your nearby a main road. My dog also rates it 5 stars. There are bus stops all around the exterior of park too so it's easily accessible.

This trail has been closed off and is completely overgrown if you do manage to get in.

These are private jumps, 25years of hard work and dedication have gone into this place. Only those welcome to dig and work on the trails are welcome to ride

Hasn’t been taken care of and years and unless you wanna be covered in stinging nettles I suggest you don’t go there
