Horley Recreation Ground

This park is a nice clean and tidy place offering children playing area's,neat Gardens, tennis and bowls and a large open spaces of grass.

The Rec as known locally was good place to get conkers and us my elastic band catapult electric lightening toy plane and huge tall slide. ..in the 1960s

Great place to chill with friends or even just to take your dog around for a walk. On sunny days this place is great and the views just look amazing. There is also a kids park around which is great for children to keep busy while you stroll around the park. Overall I give this park a 5* as it's just a great park for me!!

Good place for kids, parking available. Well maintained park.
Update: food court opened after lockdown

No toilet facilities, council please look into this matter.

Service from one of your waitresses was lovely, looked after my little boy with crayons and colouring in bits. Really helpful she worked on the sat but tbh the chef at the carvery was just rude although the food was beautiful, think it was down to the kitchen not helping much but you don't take it out on your customers I was fuming.
We came back next day as visiting the area and ate in the children's area which was such a good idea. Good value for money

Good size park. It has something for most ages.
Has skate park, tennis table, climbing frames and Cafe with toilets on site.
Free limited parking on site.
Easily accessible for buggies and wheelchairs.

Great size, and well maintained. We visit every so often and always enjoy it.

It's a fantastic play ground for kids but be aware when it rains as it floods!
