Beautiful place, lovely part of the New Forest with lovely walks and fields filled with animals that are very used to human interaction.
Toilet block on site and Ice cream van dependent on time of year.

Great place to pull in to lots of the ponies, we were lucky to see a few really young foals with their mothers amongst them. Had them right up nudging you for a pat on the shoulder. Ice cream van and toilets present. and free to park !

Great place to eat with friends and colleagues. Nevertheless, we were a bit disappointed because they did not seem to be ready to serve customers at 12pm! 😳
The food was delicious, however we were disappointed to wait 30 minutes to be served due to many groups coming after we had originally ordered! So I had to chase our food!😨
Their cocktails are good but I think they need a bit of improvement 🤔.
The staff were very polite, helpful and friendly.
Unfortunately, I more thing to add to this review. The menu was incomplete due to the lack of stock I believe, so many dishes were unavailable! 😕

Been coming here annually with family since I was born, gorgeous place for a picnic, ponies roaming free, a river nearby. There are toilets however they aren’t very accessible sadly. An Ice-cream van is usually parked up.

I like to walk there and have my mind lost in this beautiful landscape.

Great location for a walk. Easily accessible car park with toilet facilities. 2 circular routes run from here, via the stream with easy to follow markers. The yellow route is shorter with the red route being approx 1.6 miles (under an hour). Both are relatively flat but there are a few bridges to cross. This circular route also crosses wide open grasslands where ponies are often visible as well as the wooded area adjacent to the stream. Fantastic dog walk.

Great place for a picnic and a short walk. There are two trails but they are quite short, it would have been nice to have had a longer trail but it is still very pretty in the sun. Plan to go when it has been warm and sunny for a few days as the trails are liable to getting flooded.

Lovely place, lots of horses in this area. Best to arrive early to get a spot in the car park.
Toilet block in the car park.
Ice cream van arrived whilst we were there.
