Uplands Park

Best big Park near my house for walking running basket balling or just want to calm down

I love this park with its open and clean green spaces and park gyms. A path around the whole park allows safe and easy walking workouts. The basketball court is also a big hit with kids. Although I walk to the park, a free car park also exists.

Great walking area and good play area for younger kids. No toilet facilities. Plenty of free parking. Had a fun afternoon with the grandkids here

Really nice park. Big field, gym equipment and a play park for kids.

It's good for dog walkers who are all friendly and it's not full of dog s##t! Imagine that, a park where owners actually pick up their own dogs pooh!

This is my local park - large enough to enjoy a nice walk and small enough to be local and not overbearing. There is a kids play area, some outdoor gym equipment, basketball courts and a large grass area that is used for football/cricket and just relaxing. Yes it needs an upgrade however I am sure that will happen in good time. Great park!

Literally just a nice green area with a surrounding footpath, play area for small children and larger equipment for bigger children. Well kept and clean. Nice for short walks with dogs.
