Lovely little wood, great for everyday walk if you live in the area. Never seen it get crowded. It has many old majestic trees. There is a small mountain bike jump trail. There are 2 recreation grounds just next to it. One of them has a playground and picnic tables.

A nice little forest, with good playground facilities. A bit more litter than I would hope, but that’s down to the visitors more than the caretakers. Peaceful and quiet.
