Great park with a decent free children’s adventure park with wooden towers and nice slides, there’s also a regular children’s play park and a football pitch. There are nice walking routes in a small woodland and a small off road cycling track.
Being next to Leggatts green and near Callowland Rec this is a great place for a more interesting run around each of the parks. In the mornings this place can be quite beautiful as a peaceful bit of nature in the middle of north Watford.

Nice park. Has a good play park for children and also has a separate large wooden play section. Also has usual park gym equipment. Has quite a large forest section that stretches that the whole length of the park which is great to walk the dog. On Saturday Mornings there tends to be some children football training matches.

Amazing playground with very large climbing frames, slides and zipline. Has something for every age and while there isn't a lot for the very little ones, my one year old was content just running around in the large field. A thing to be noted however is at times the place does get a bit scary with older kids smoking around at the entrance of the woods. Dogs are left off leash here so best be prepared if bringing your dog or very small child.

Lovely public park and open space, worth the visit if you are in the area.
If you are on a Mobility scooter you can bump the gate to get in but can't get out without assistance. There are pathways through the woods which lead to Leggatts Field where there is a new Football Club/Social building which serves drinks.

Great place for kids probably over 10 years to use the very high slides and zippyline and rotational zeysaw ect. Bit scarier for smaller kids.(Alternative would be near by Orchards Park or Callowland recreation play ground's kids areas)
Road side parking available on site. Play ground is away from main traffic on a hill.

Avoid if you have little ones.

I can’t be the only one who’s seen this.
Children are quite impressionable and I witnessed kids smoking. They looked no older than 13. This was on a Saturday morning and the local kids team were out training. Also. Big kids came and threw their bikes in the playground blocking the exit.

Positive: there is a mini trampoline for the kids in the playground.

Free parking outside park.
