Tapton Park

Golf was a joy, the course is playing very well and looks the part, greens are getting better, one big disappointment are the bins, on the round we played I noticed that 5 of the bins were overflowing with rubbish, not all from golfers because there were many empty bottles of beer but these bins have been like this for well over a week, come on Tapton get to grips.

Lovely place,I used to go to school here when it was a senior's school in the 80's it shouldn't be up for sale it was left to the people of chesterfield and should stay that way not for the council to make money on. Turn it in to a museum of George Stephenson and the Markham family.

Lovely place, very pretty and spacious. Free parking and also a Children’s park to play in x

What a shame the local council want to get rid of Tapton house. More of Chesterfields rich heritage down the pan.

Car parking at top and bottom with children's playground you can walk around the gardens which are lovely tapton golf course at the side of tapton house.

Always love this pace after a stressful day, proper chills me out for the evening and it's the only place our little dog will run.

Mixed use is less use. Make it a public service centre or s business centre, work or play, make a choice.
