Ilkeston Road Recreation Ground

Lovely little play area. There are not many trees though so you are exposed to the sun the entire time with little shade to retreat to. Still the kids enjoyed it.

i take my dogs for their exersize walks .its a clean and dry place to walk around, but why did they remove a bin. we clean up after our dogs but need more bins to deposit . thank you..

Really nice quiet park. Has a good childrens play area and four exercise machines for adults. Good path all the way round so not muddy when wet.

The playground is often quiet. Good variety of equipment for children of different ages. There are some outdoor gym equipment for adults too.

A fair sized park with plenty for space for the many dog walkers. Unfortunately some of them can't be bothered to clean up after their dogs.
There is also a good enclosed play area for small kids. There's also a reasonably sized car park but unfortunately there are no public toilets on the park or near by

Clean well kept park, peaceful, good place to relax or take the children to the play area.

Nice big area plenty of dog walkers but no mess the bins could do with emptying
