Nice area for walking locally with your dog and has some nice views over the Ashfield area. Needs more waste bins and more seating areas on the pathways.

Good view from the top

Lovely walk close to town. It's very well maintained and there's a short hill walk to see the view when you get to the top.

I would come here again when I'm around the area.

Wonderful local walks available here, different gradients to suit everyone. I am a local voluntary litter picker and this is somewhat "my patch" as I live relatively closely. I try my very best to keep the litter at a minimum, all I ask is for visitors to please use the bins provided. We have a variety of wildlife including deer in the woods, it's a fab place that we should all cherish.

Lovely place to walk the dogs or yourself. Old pit tip that has been repurpossed over a number of years into a nice outdoor space on your door step.
