Chepstow Riverside

Fantastic Riverside with plenty to do (recommended especially during Chepstow Wassail) and with lotz if history and good pubs

Lovely place to relax by the river. Market on Sundays in the town. (may need to check monthly or weekly.) Nice place to explore and visit. River was peaceful 😌

This is a lovely little park on the bank of the River Wye in the Welsh Town of Chepstow it’s a great place to sit and relax with views across the River Wye and the park itself...There is a bandstand set in the park for musical events

Nice in the summer to take a picnic or a Greg's and watch the river Wye go by. Plenty of benches and trees for shade. England is just over the bridge 😊. There is a bandstand and toilets including disabled. Two pubs also. On the River Bridge you can stand with one foot in England and one foot in Wales. There are often two seals near the bridge. The castle carpark is just around the corner.

Price up portions size smaller understand price rise but you can't have it both ways 😥

This is a nice part of Chepstow,at the bottom of the town,with a choice of 2 nice pubs both of which u can sit outside,and enjoy the view of the river,with the tide coming in or going out,and u may even if ur lucky see a seal,there an open green area to,and great if the weathers but the pubs can get busy

Lovely little walk, right above the river, cross the bridge, and see what's going on river side...

It is very pleasant...I only live 2 minutes walk away anyway
