It's a child's park more for the older kids than under 5 in my opinion

Great new park. Decent spongy tarmac so if the kid falls they don't get hurt.
Brakes on the roundabout.
The slide isn't for younger kids though as it is so high, could be dangerous unsupervised as there aren't proper steps up to the slide.
No phone box nearby to call an ambulance if needed.
