I've used this place for 30 years. firstly myself as a child. now taking my own kids. possibly the best park in terms of things for the children.sad to see no full time ranger there any more. sign of the times in the area

Looks nice although can only every be used around a total of 2 months per year due to the poor weather conditions in this location. It rains 90% of the time. It's no surprise that most of the people who live nearby suffer with depression. Good weather have positive effects on everything.

My daughter and granddaughters live nearby and I have been told it caters for a range of ages, It has a bowling club, tennis courts and play equipment,, as well as a cenotaf. The Grounds are used for wedding photography.

It's the local park. Always been pretty well looked after. Occasionaly the drinkers and smokers have hung out here. Before the panda marc.but not any more. Nice night for a walk. Wash day right? No clothes! Wash day. Your clothes. Give them to me.

I walk through the park to my bowls club. It is always a pleasure. The grounds men look after it so well.

The park was quieter than I expected on such a nice sunny day. A few family groups were situated about with plenty of distance between them. The kids loved it.
