Also, the company doesn't display their opening/closing times on google, they are deliberately in the business to mislead. Shameful.
I pray that no vulnerable individual ever uses this car park. Imagine if a mother with children, disabled or elderly person get's afflicted by this misconduct. I hope Kingston council looks into this.
I couldn't get in to the main pedestrian doors as they was closed at 4pm,very miss leading completely , I was back at the carpark at 7.30pm to my suprise it was completely locked up, well the guy must of locked up before 7.30pm and I could actually hear people the other side in the car park but I had no reply off anybody and no reply from intercom ,does everyone leave as fast as lightning from here and aslo have a ear plugs in their ears.. I am very disappointed with the whole experience as my son was with me and he has ADHD odd and ASD and he was getting very stressed out, you have 2 options 1 leave the car overnight and pay £19 and have all the stress of getting home getting the car in the morning and try and get your child to school all with in 1hr...or option 2 and pay £100 and the security guard who can get from Croydon to Kingston in 30 mins w??? Will kindly open the gates as it's a nice easy £100.
Hikmat went above & beyond even calling me several times to see if head office had rung.
The service received from Hikmat is second to none and I highly recommend this car park and dealing with Hikmat, and once all sorted head office were very professional in sending out all the relevant paperwork and even sent my pass special delivery a day before I started work that's what I call impeccable service from all parties involved. Thank you so much Maria.
I am a lecturer at Kingston College and I wanted to obtain a pass to park my car at the car park at a reduced rate. I rang Mr. Yahya but found that he could not answer as I later gathered that he was driving from one car park to another. However, to my very pleasant surprise he called me, although I had not left a message. He then went on to update my existing card, over the telephone, without causing me the time and the trouble to visit the car park.
I consider this level of service quite exceptional. I am aware that Mr. Yahya has provided that level of service for at least one other colleague of mine.
I believe that while we should always complain about poor service, we should also foster champions of excellent service. Mr. Yahya is an excellent example of someone of that calibre. I am deeply grateful to Mr. Yahya, and I believe that this level of service significantly enhances the brand image of Q-Park.
Please convey my thanks to Mr. Yahya and convey my hope that he will be promoted to a very high position in your organisation.
