Q-Park Eden Walk

A group of us (3 cars) parked here and went to a restaurant at 7:30pm on a Saturday night. A member of the public told us whilst in the restaurant queue the car park shuts at 8:30pm. We then had to leave the restaurant queue to go and move the cars. This is not made clear when entering the car park. Ridiculous closing so early in such a busy town centre!

Locked my car in overnight and I have to go back in the morning to get it before work now as I’m not paying a £100 fine to get it out early, so stupid to have a 7:30 closing time on a car park in a main town centre with bars and pubs and restaurants next to it and to not advertise the time more

Parked car at 7pm and came back 9pm on a saturday night. I was surprised to see gates were closed, the 9pm closing sign was poorly advertised/marked. I called the number adjacent to the gate and was told £100 fee to get my car out. How can the fee be that high? £100 for the work to open a gate is a blatant scam. Person on the line tried to argue the individual was 1 hour away, and it's an inconvenience for him. In what world is £100 for 1 hour of work an inconvenience. Also how can the individual be 1hour away when he closed the gate 30 minutes ago? A blatant lie to justify their scam. I was happy with paying the parking fee, but I would not do business with such people. They are not in the trade to do fair exchange, they want to scam and steal money from hard working people. What's worse about this is my house keys were in my car.

Also, the company doesn't display their opening/closing times on google, they are deliberately in the business to mislead. Shameful.

I pray that no vulnerable individual ever uses this car park. Imagine if a mother with children, disabled or elderly person get's afflicted by this misconduct. I hope Kingston council looks into this.

Don’t park it’s very expensive total rip off !!! One of the lift was not working and the majority of the shops are busy 👎🏻

I also had to pay £100 to get my car out,on their website site it clearly states that the carpark closes at 21.30... yet when you have to go to the car entrance point it then says 07.00-19.30 Monday -wednesday..
I couldn't get in to the main pedestrian doors as they was closed at 4pm,very miss leading completely , I was back at the carpark at 7.30pm to my suprise it was completely locked up, well the guy must of locked up before 7.30pm and I could actually hear people the other side in the car park but I had no reply off anybody and no reply from intercom ,does everyone leave as fast as lightning from here and aslo have a ear plugs in their ears.. I am very disappointed with the whole experience as my son was with me and he has ADHD odd and ASD and he was getting very stressed out, you have 2 options 1 leave the car overnight and pay £19 and have all the stress of getting home getting the car in the morning and try and get your child to school all with in 1hr...or option 2 and pay £100 and the security guard who can get from Croydon to Kingston in 30 mins w??? Will kindly open the gates as it's a nice easy £100.

I started working in Kingston and was looking for a car park local to my office, after speaking to head office they gave me all the info required but when I tried to contact them to start the season pass. I couldn't get through so I rung the car park direct of which the operator gave me Hikmat (the manager of the car park ) number. Hikmat got in touch with head office who arranged for them to call me to arrange the season ticket.
Hikmat went above & beyond even calling me several times to see if head office had rung.

The service received from Hikmat is second to none and I highly recommend this car park and dealing with Hikmat, and once all sorted head office were very professional in sending out all the relevant paperwork and even sent my pass special delivery a day before I started work that's what I call impeccable service from all parties involved. Thank you so much Maria.

I stumbled upon this car park by accident and I'm so glad I did. I just moved here from overseas and find driving a bit daunting still. Now that I've found this car park, I'll always use this when going to Kingston. It's well located, with direct access to M&S. Took me about 3 minutes to walk to The Bentall Centre. Clean and feels safe.

I wish to compliment Mr. Hikmat Yahya on his outstanding service on Thursday last week.
I am a lecturer at Kingston College and I wanted to obtain a pass to park my car at the car park at a reduced rate. I rang Mr. Yahya but found that he could not answer as I later gathered that he was driving from one car park to another. However, to my very pleasant surprise he called me, although I had not left a message. He then went on to update my existing card, over the telephone, without causing me the time and the trouble to visit the car park.
I consider this level of service quite exceptional. I am aware that Mr. Yahya has provided that level of service for at least one other colleague of mine.
I believe that while we should always complain about poor service, we should also foster champions of excellent service. Mr. Yahya is an excellent example of someone of that calibre. I am deeply grateful to Mr. Yahya, and I believe that this level of service significantly enhances the brand image of Q-Park.
Please convey my thanks to Mr. Yahya and convey my hope that he will be promoted to a very high position in your organisation.
