very expensive car park do not use it cheaper to park elsewhere in Maidstone. Unless you want to pay £11.60 for going over 5 hours.

This is the only car park I have seen that charges people more at the weekend. Why are you charging more at the weekend for the same car parking spaces? This is not fair for families who have the weekend off together. I went here a couple of weeks ago and paid £6 for approximately 3 hours parking. The owners should be ashamed that they are making money out of people's family time together. I will be emailing the council about your pricing.

It's a car park! ... well they're all a bit pricey, but it is convenient now you can pay quickly by card

It took 47 minutes to get out yesterday. The sheer volume of cars in the car park and the small amount that can get out before the traffic lights stop you and also the main road being very busy. I would park on the lowest level if you can over the Christmas period.

Odd layout and not very well designed. Convenient location though with access to Fremlin Walk and to within House of Fraser.

Who thought it was a bright idea to put the exits and entrence so close to each other? 1. It creates grid lock in the car park. 2. It causes a dangerous line in the insane intersection outside. 3. It is an accident waiting to happen. For this one simple design fault it only deserves one star despite being convenient (though over priced).

It's convenient but at peak times the design faults become clear - two entrance ways snarls up car flow, while traffic trying to go up floors is blocked by traffic trying to get to the exit
