Not good car park swallowed ticket and reissued ticket couldn’t be read at barrier. Please upgrade the machines you’re making enough money from the car park.

Valet parking at Terminal 4 with cleaning total cost £198 cost of damage to my car around £3000. Damage to wheels, side panels, lights and paint work generally. The complaints procedure is farcical. All of the documentation clearly show no damage to my car prior to being left with them. Their response is that the csr was dirty upon arrival and therefore they accept no responsibility. So be warned the paper they issue is worth nothing unless you are prepared to take it to court. Heathrow I am. See you in court.

Not a good company. Very dishonest. Issued PCN as there was a space between number plate which is exactly the same as on the car. I have a text to prove ticket was paid but appeal was declined as they are after more money. Avoid this company at all costs. They will issue fake parking tickets to get more money out of you. AVOID.

Company in charge of drop-off zone. With the greed for more money, dressed up under so-called sustainability; the airport that not just suddenly starts charging for drop off, but also APCOA sends penalty notices without clear guidance to the drivers on how the system works. Not even open to listen feedback in PCN appeals, they are trying to justify themselves to earn more money.

What a rip off. They take your money and then send you a parking fine. If you contest it and lose, they then charge you the full amount. Go to the short stay carpark its cheaper.
