Beehive Lane Car Park

Was meeting a friend to see a film at Cineworld and after doing a bit of research this appeared to be the closest public car park.

The directions from Google Maps were clear enough coming from south of Loughborough. Getting in requires driving past the building and then making a couple of right turns to bring you round to the entrance, presumably to try and prevent any queues backing up traffic at peak times.

Parking there in the evening I found the car park to be well lit. The ramps for going up and down levels were a decent width, although the spaces themselves were the usual tight squeeze to exit your vehicle from.

There were pedestrian exits on either side of the building that will get you to the shops in a minute's walk. As far as I could tell there was only one machine to pay for your parking at. Being a council run car park the evening parking fee was a very reasonable 60p.

I'll be perfectly happy to park here again should I happen to visit Loughborough in the evening.

Busy on the weekend, so expect a bit of a wait or finding a space.
Space is a bit tight.
Traffic wardens are around every so often.
Need more pay machines as there's a queue at weekends.

Good car park for Loughborough. Parking for 0800 to 1800 is 6 pounds for the day and then 60p till the next morning. Loughborough University is about a 20 minute walk from here

Ideal for the town, just a couple of minutes walk into the centre. Good priced parking. Plenty of spaces.

Steer clear of multi storey carparks usually but this one is okay .Decent prices too .

I recently used the parking garage and I was very pleased with my experience. The garage was clean, well-lit, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the process of entering and exiting the garage was quick and efficient. The parking spots were well-marked and easy to find, and the rates were reasonable. at 4.40 Pound per 24h. I also appreciate the security measures in place, such as surveillance cameras and attendants on duty. I would highly recommend this parking garage to anyone in need of a secure and convenient parking spot.
