Oxhey Woods Car Park

It's a gravel car park for Oxhey Woods local nature reserve. Parking is free, but during the day there is a two-hour time limit to discourage use by non-users of the woods. However I do not think this is actively enforced.

The reserve has various trails including a 1Km 'easy access' sculpture trail which is good for wheelchairs and mobility scooters. There is also a longer trail with a generally good hard surface. The woods are on a hill, so all the paths have a gradient, but not too steep. There are also unsurfaced paths through the woodland itself. The woods are popular with dog walkers.
There are further areas of woodland across a fairly busy road and public footpath access to wider countryside.
There are no toilets or other facilities. The entrance kissing gate does have a RADAR/NKS padlock so it can be opened for wheelchair or scooter access.

Beautiful place to take your dog, go for a bike ride or go with the Mrs long walkn kids absolutely love it... also it has free parking thumbs up from me

Some very pleasant walks with free parking at this carpark for a couple of hours. In rhododendron season it is beautiful, there is a sculpture walk, walks around the woods and walks connecting to other areas via the London loop.

Sufficient space for 20 odd cars. Located at the entrance of 3 walking routes that start and finish at the car park. Lovely sculptures dotted along on the 1km route that we did.

Small car park but still OK. Great place to bring kids

Navigate to take the dog for a walk around a couple of miles might end up in her nose grow massive very massive you get lost in a golf course one next to it and there's a lot of things to do as well and other things your clothes like I can exercise and kind of brushes in this matter the other and North car park near park your car don't know what it is but tonight for the whole family thinking about going out I think about not far from there over it

Great place to take the kids the sculpture trail was really lovely.
