It may be an odd place to review but.......This review is mainly for walkers of our four legged friends. The footpath/bridleway from this car park meanders alongside the fields and eventually brings you out to the sea shore. The views of the Isle of Wight are great as you walk on and the sea shore when you get there permits dogs too. You may come across horses so take care though this has never been an issue, also there may be livestock in some of he fields. All in all a nice little walk for both dogs and their owners

Only just found out about this when we took our two woofers for a walk here.

It's 2.5km to the shore, so if you fancy a 5K training run, park up and run to the beach and back. It's 2.5k up hill on the way back though!

It was quite busy at the weekend with cyclists using it - they come flying round the bends and don't seem to be taking too much care or what's round the corner.. that could be you, your dogs, kids or horse and rider.

Apart from that caveat, a delightful path away from the hurly burly.

We parked here and walked to the beach. It's a fairly long walk (over a mile) but it was nice and there wasn't many other people around

Nice opportunity to park your car free for going to walk in Warsash area and Brownwich Cliffs. Only thing you must take account is that car park is pretty small and it might be already full, especially in weekends.

Free but dinky - takes about 8 cars, easy access to a network of country walks
