Lots of Space, BUT the pay structure is not good at all. You can not pay per hour, instead you have to pay in 24 hour blocks AND that 24 hour period begins at 4am! We stayed Saturday night at the Ibis and needed 36 hours of parking but had to pay for 48. As per most car parks these days, you have to pay via an app. Walk into city centre is about 25 mins

Plenty of space. Paid the requested amount for 24 hours and left within 24 hours. Perfectly happy on both sides? No. Four months later got a parking ticket and trying to find out why has been impossible. Appeal ignored. Letter ignored. Apparently, it's not 24 hours, it's until 4am. Unbelievable. Could only find this out once a debt recovery agency was involved. NCP are not fit for purpose unless they respond to their customers.

Very poor carpark. No tariff notice despite thousands of signs asking for payment, chaotic. Greater Anglia should be ashamed as should NCP.

Managed to get a bay on a Saturday morning. £12 for a 12hr parking.. not bad.

On the parking App, it doesn't give you the option to park just for a few hours. The only options are a days parking or a week or a month's parking. Couldn't find a ticket machine anywhere.

It's covered in tarmac and has some white lines to denote where to park, and you pay for the pleasure of parking there. As with all car parks the bays are getting smaller, but so are jean sizes.... Maybe it's the universe's way of saying that my arse is just getting bigger?

I’ve only used this car park on weekends, and there has not been an issue finding a spot. Signage and payment is clear, the only issue is it’s a tad expensive. It is quite close to the train station so the price may not be an issue for you.

Utter disgrace, minimum charge is a daily fee of £12.50, no option to pay hourly. The parking period renews at 04.00, so if you want to stay for a 24 hour period commencing, for example, 12 midday you’ll end up paying for 2 periods, i.e. £25!
Nothing short of robbery!
