I don't get people complaining about difficulty of finding place. Having email with instructions you can follow them on Google Maps and remember how to get there from terminal building. Even when it's dark place is big enough to notice.
Also, most people nowadays use satnavs as they often embedded in phones.

As we were in rush coming in to the car park staff were very helpful and organize deposit of the car keys quickly. Within minutes of arrival we were already at the airport. We were instructed about how to arrange pick up back from the airport and where should we expect minivan to wait for us.

On our way back we just met another person picking other customers to the airport which saved us quite some time.

To sum all up, good service for an excellent price. We have paid half of the cost of official long or mid stay car parks while time we spent on transfer between parking and terminal was very similar if not less.

Great service, found them last year and haven't used anyone else since. So nice to be met by a real human being and not have to wait for a bus to get you to and from the terminal. It could be a bit hard to find but they give clear directions from the terminal and a quick look on google maps beforehand meant I knew exactly where to go. They are loyal to their customers, and can't be beaten on price. Will definitely continue to use in the future.

Please take notice and avoid this company!!! Firstly, the lady who owns and runs this business is rude, unprofessional, arrogant and not suited to a customer facing role.

On our outbound journey, we were told that the business would stay open for our return as we were landing around their closing time. They also said that even if our flight was due in later, they'd make sure there was someone there to return our car to us.

There was no delay to our return flight, however, when we landed, I received a text saying that as our flight is delayed, we would have to make our own arrangements to get to the site and the key for my car would be left under the rear wheel arch.

I immediately phoned the lady who said that we were in luck as she was collecting another passenger, but she would only wait for us to get out of the terminal for 5 minutes. We ran to the meeting place, and got into the minibus. There was no apology from the lady and no acknowledgement that they had retracted what they had promised us on our outbound journey. When we asked why we were told one thing on our outbound journey to the airport but received the text we did on our return, the lady became extremely rude. She told us that we should be grateful she was picking us up as she finished 4 minutes earlier. She took phone calls on her mobile phone (no hands free kit) with us in the car. After the second call I asked her not to be on her mobile phone whilst driving us and she threatened to stop the vehicle and make us get out there and then. We bit our tongue for the remainder of the journey, worried what she might say or do and were glad when we got back to my car. As promised, the key was under the rear wheel arch of my car parked on the side of the site with no gates. Sadly my car wasn't the only one being treated like this as there were others lined up.

Next time I would pay a few pounds more and go with someone different. It left a very bitter aftertaste in what was otherwise a very wonderful holiday.

Rude abrupt staff when I arrived, as I tried to explain that you don't know about the additional £1 each transfer fee until after your booking with purple parking, their reply well you could have cancelled!! Nice. It also took 3 of them to answer my simple feedback on the system ... defensive anyone!! On arrival back called and was told they were a minute away then child starts to complain they need the loo so rush there to receive a call saying they couldn't see us had left and would be back in 17 minutes (no problem we are patient and it was our fault we weren't there) but it was actually around 35 minutes later she returned, picking up the car is covered in bird poo (god knows where it has been parked as there wasn't trees at the pick up area) the poot girl is clearly doing all the work herself rushes off for the next pick up from the terminal so if you did have any concerns there's no one to answer them!!
Can book cheaper, better and. Lower to the airport and will do so in future

There is only one shuttle bus at this park. So they wait for other passengers before leaving for the airport. If you are unlucky like I was, you can be waiting for quite a while.

On my return, the bus left me and my young children at the airport because there were not enough seats left. We had to let it go and wait for it to come back. The journey from park to airport takes 12 minutes, not 6 minutes as they advertise. Driver drives very fast because he has pressure to pick other passengers.

They also charge 2 pounds extra per passenger when you arrive, which makes them just as expensive as the more established car parks (if you are not travelling alone).

Appauling service by a bunch of people who could do with some morals and customer service training.

My friend inadvertently booked this not realising that they closet at 6pm my flight landed at 6.50pm.
On realising this I spoke with the "boss" who told me that if I left the car and my flight landed after 6pm I would have to pick it up the next day. Our flight was due so we had no choice but to leave the car there.
I spoke with the bus driver on duty that day "Tony" ,he kindly agreed that he would pick me up if I called him on the day of my return and paid him extra.
I called him on the day of my return, he agreed to pick me up at the later time for £20, I had every faith that he would but he didn't, my daughter and I were left at the airport with no car and no way of getting it until the next day. I really don't know why he would mislead us in this way.
Luckily my friend drove us home overnight and we returned the following day to pick the car up.
This was a 3.5 hour round trip and meant that we missed a day of a booked holiday.

The staff were rude, not willing to listen to what I had to say about the agreement with "Tony" and charged me £10 for the extra night parking.
The whole experience was dreadful and a bad end to a lovely holiday.

I booked parking in May, stating that I would return at 6 pm. All good so far and booking went through. First when I was going to the airport and printed all my paperwork I noticed it said closing time 6 pm. So what if my flight has a delay or so? The driver was very nice, saying that shouldnt be a problem as long as I let them know. So returning to Stansted I was delayed, 12 min, called ahead just to hear from the lady on the phone that there is no chance that she would wait even a minute more for me to return and I had to take a taxi. £17 pounds the taxi cost me and if I hadn't managed to get ahold of them I would also not have got the code for the little keybox where the carkeys were left and would have had to stay overnight at stansted to wait for them to open. Do not recommend this service and will never book them again

Very poor customer service skills.
I called them to get a quote for over two weeks parking in September and person on the phone told me to call them in August because now (12th June) is too early for them (???!) and then put the phone down.
What an arrogance !
I used their service couple of times in the past but I will not use again.
