Lower Street Car Park

Awfully confusing layout, there are four zones for parking in. Get it wrong and risk a fine. There are no free spaces.

There are two telegraph poles actually IN THE ROAD on the way out of the car park, then you get to a junction which has a roundabout that seems to confuse everyone that uses it as its really poorly laid out.

Plenty of spaces and free on Sundays & bank holidays. The only drawback is the poor layout design; several car parks next to each other. You need to make sure you parked in the correct parking.

Pay car park with 2 hour max stay except Sunday and Bank Holiday then free.

Shouldn't have to pay if you are going to use the CO-OP.
