Rubbish service! Avoid! You need to provide them with 24 hours notice in case of cancellation. The flight was cancelled last minute because of Ciara storms. Why do you keep 6 days out of 7 days car park charge when I didn't use except part of one day: the day of travelling. This is not fair and shouldn't such an unfair condition be in your T&C.

I collected my car from them and found they had damaged my key fob. I immediately went in to the office and showed the guy in the reception. He then went on to break the key further by trying to force it back together. He told me I should contact the CS department who would sort it out for me. After contacting them they told me that the key was already broken and they are not responsible for the damage. I then requested a copy of their CCTV as this would clearly show him breaking the key. They then kept telling me they were having trouble retrieving the footage. This continued until I received an email informing me that because 30 days had passed, the footage was gone now and they are not accepting responsibility for the damage.

Do not use this company. Their staff helped themselves to £25 of our coins/cash. This is theft and is not right and will not be tolerated. Do not use this company. I have contacted their customer service their response was appalling to say they are not liable and they trust their staff. Utterly disappointed. Very rude and immature customer service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They will take things from your car and deny everything, I had some very expensive glasses taken whilst it was with them.

Paid £72 for 2 nights plus £7 for Barrier fee... Avoid them

Save your self money and go anywhere but there, rip off and damage to your car is most likely with no any responsibility accepted

Such a shame that customer services for this company don't appreciate the hard work their staff put in and when you speak to them regarding damage to to your car whilst parked in their yard, they try to dismiss any claim hiding behind terms and conditions. Therefore any damage to your car will be argued and claim dismissed.
You get what you pay for, but in the end it simply is not worth it guys. While we were checking out another customer was speaking to the office about bad scuff marks on his front bumper. These sort of issues will happen it's a small yard jammed with card on a stone shingle base.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, DO NOT USE.

I think this company and bubble car park are the same company. We were dubious because of the reviews but honestly has been our easiest and cheapest parking experience at stansted. Highly recommend if you are looking for reliable well priced parking. The guys are so lovely and ready and waiting to take you to and from the airport. Special thanks to Ally and Chris for taking us to and from the aiport!
