Cheap long stay and weekend parking

Easy access to the station but is pricey at £8.50 for over two/3 hours regardless how late you park

Very handy parking facility 2 to 3 mins walk to the Chelmsford Railway station. The fare for an all day parking is £8.50 (as of today).

The spaces available can be quite tight when the car park is filling up. As a result, I now use an alternative car park (Rectory Lane) when I can't park before 7.30 AM on a week day.

Other slight con is a somewhat lonely alleyway on your way to the station. Some folks might have concerns when walking alone at night. It's a short walk though and has not been an issue for as long as I've known it going back over 5 years.
