Good car park but the receipt given by the machine does not clearly show the VAT number. This makes it an issue when trying to claim back expenses though a company. Decent vaule and safe parking. If you are staying in the premier Inn hotel down the road you get an discount when parking. It would cost £6 instead of the £10 for 24 hours.

It is so expensive and confusing as no signs to say where to pay so wasted time looking for a ticket machine. So when leaving was 7 mins over our 2 hours and it cost us looking for a bloody sign or machine that didn't exist. Never going back and would not advise anyone either.

Aged car park,spaces tight,poorly signed equipment not working drivers getting agitated over exiting. Wake up NCP.

Alarm goes off in the middle of the night and doesn't get switched off until the middle of the next day. Keeps the whole neighborhood awake and has happened multiple times.

Plenty of sorting but confusing when you have not been there before were it not for my friend who knew the csr park I wouldn't have had a clue what to do. So definitely needs clearer signage imo. Apart from that easy access to high Street for shopping.

It's a space to put your car, but would not stay again. Highest night cost I've seen not in an airport. Ticket on entrance missing barcode so could not get out with out ages on the Comms...

Love this town centre. A variety of shops and café shops and plenty to see.
