Covent Garden multi storey car park

Good location. I paid using the Ringo app. You just need to pay attention to the location number as the outside car park has a different number to the inside multistory but there are plenty of signs telling you the location number. Only £4 for 3h which is pretty good.

Virtually impossible to find the pay and display machine which was advertised as being in the centre stairwell? Whilst looking for it we kept bumping into other motorists who were also going round in circles looking for the hidden machine. In the end we all admitted defeat and used Ringo to pay on our smartphones. Car park in brilliant central location and was decent value for money but you are much better off parking outside as the multi storey building section felt insecure and smelled really awful in the stairwell area. It was also very grotty, dark and full of litter. Certainly not safe on a night and even during the day there was a lot of teenage gangs hanging round in corners of the upper levels. The Council need to do more to improve the safety, security and user friendliness of this dated car park.

Parking meters don't work. Another case of Leamington Spa losing custom with these cashless machines.

Expect to spend a lot of time looking for the pay machine. When you find it, expect the pay machine to take an unacceptably long time to process your payment. We wandered the car park at random, until we found the machine because there are no signs indicating where it is. Pedestrians walk up and down the car ramps looking for the machine. This is dangerous and represents NEGLIGENCE on the part of the people who run the car park. Proper car parks have signs indicating where to pay and usually have one or more machines on each level.

The machine to pay for parking it's broken, It always says void ticket fee not paid. And there is another machine but that is covered up. Where is the sign for out of order it is very inconvenient. There always a man sitting next to the parking machine, always asking for any money. It make me feel very uncomfortable.

Lots of parent and child parking on the ground floor and easy access for shopping in Leamington.

Plenty of spaces and good parking charges payable by phone. The place just gives the air of being grotty and a bit shady. The toilets were locked, probably because of covid, but doesnt help if people choose to use the stairs for a urinal instead.
